How to read the measures
Programme & budget
Programme compares actual delivery with the duration agreed at commencement. Budget compares the final outcome with the agreed contract, including approved scope changes.
Quality
The first-pass rate shows inspections passed without rectification. The handover figure separately records any items still outstanding.
Compliance & safety
Record completion measures the required project documents, rather than providing a blanket compliance rating. Safety reports lost-time incidents and completion of planned site checks.
Client feedback
